Glittering Topcoat is a soft, glittering top coat that adds sparkle to a variety of fabric surfaces.
It dries to a crystal clear, glittering finish.

Instructions: Shake Well. Pre-wash and dry fabric. No softeners. Apply with a fabric brush directly to fabric or on dried base coat. Allow to dry 48 hours. Wash gently with mild soap.
