These are ideal for use with Ultra Frost Glass Paint to create a frosted look on glass pieces.
Pour the paint into a palette, dip the sponge into the paint and blot excess. Using a tapping motion apply an even coat of paint.
Can also be used for applying foundation makeup, etc
