If you have not tried knitting with wire, why not give it a go. It knits easily and the great thing is that the stitches do not run when the needle falls out. This evening bag was knitted with 26g wire. We lined the bag with satin. A tassel was attached but you could pin a brooch or add some bling to give the bag your special touch.
