Curly Locks are fun and easy to work with. All you need to apply them are hot glue and scissors. Simply arrange the curls on your doll’s head in the style of your choice, glue in place and trim as needed. Curls can be gently separated if needed. However, pulling them too hard tends to make them frizz. After style is finished, Fluff the hair for more fullness.
