Make these cute little pencil toppers for a few cents using Pioneer Craft 3mm chenille stems and Pioneer Craft 12mm Star Beads.All you will require is a box of 100 chenille stems, 2 small bags of 12mm Star Beads, some craft glue and a few spare minutes.
