Cut Fringe/Sash Fringe is made from fine colour fast 3 ply twisted rayon. It is light weight and the bottom edge is cut to hang as single threads and is used to edge sachets, decorate banners, lampshade making, decorating dance costumes and ballet costumes. It can be cut and rolled to make tassels and wedding accessories. Dry cleaning is recommended.
